Survey

Our in house survey department performs layouts for the Excavating, Utilities, Concrete, and Development departments at Larkin Companies. We utilize both GPS and conventional survey instruments. Having our survey department in house provides our clients with on call capabilities when issues arise.

We perform topographical surveys of the site to ensure the plan quantities are correct and to specifications. Once our job is completed we are able to furnish as built drawings to our clients upon request.
